Let us approach this, like most things in life when choosing a job and the salary package or, deciding to become the boss of ones own "station"

I know for me, before i can imagine to spend a little cash selfishly on a holiday or treat i need to ensure the following is paid at end of EVERY month...and being stickler for keeping myself out of financial shit...been there, done that....those bills ARE settled come hell or high water.
