He doesn't get sex. Ironically, the men tend to be very well-off, high-functioning types. Not sure they're being taken advantage of, but I've never met a guy who's into it.

Thank you. I personally feel these men have too much money, used to being seen or used for their money so doing it voluntarily gives them some sort of control feeling.
