Look at it this way guys.You hire a lawyer, a doctor, an IT specialist, you shop at Cell C, Game or Thrupps. Do you tip them if they go the extra mile? No you don't - they do so because they want repeat business from you.
Should be the same with a wg. They charge about the same as my GP - R280 per consult - anything between 15 to 30 minutes. Extrapolates to between R500 and R1000 per hour. If the wg goes the extra mile with me, it means she will see me as a regular, and yeah, next time I might bring flowers or something small to show my appreciation.
The only time I tip is when I KNOW that the person is being paid shit and relies on tips.... waiters, game rangers, some car guards etc.
