Anyone hear of this drug and how its helping covid patients all over the world. Our government decides to ban it and criminally prosecute anyone who tries to import it. Why would they do this when its actually helping people big time and costs like R2 per tablet. Crazy

FYI - this is not a tablet. I am not debating the value for COVIID treatment, just giving the facts. There are 2 types available meant for deworming animals. The one is registered for cattle and pigs and is administered by injection. The other one is registered for sheep and goats and is administered orally.

@staal, people are just using it for a short period. Few days at most. I dont think one can use it for more than 7 days without consulting a Dr

Is that what people are doing now? Asking because I really don't know. Is it not taken as a prophylactic?

Guys the drug is being used as a very strong anti parasitic by Vets in SA on animals. It is something that you probably want to be cautious of using on humans without proper consultation. The FDA in the USA have cleared it but it is only many to be used in extreme cases. I think in SA you can use on humans but again extreme cases where parasites need to be eradicated when other treatments aren't effective. So there is probably some concern around just using it freely. There is alot of social media hype now on this drug but maybe best left to medical professionals to decide. A vet friend says it is a very very strong drug even for use on animals...

JE now I do not understand you - why refer to a study about something that you do not believe exists??? Or is this just part of your ASS (Attention Seeking Syndrome)?

You can take an Ass to the water but you can't make it drink.
Take your vaccine (it's your your choice) but you can't force me to take it (it's my choice) even Zweli says so

JE you are really special, but you have just illustrate that the chickens are coming home. Please read my response again; then quote it and please highlight where exactly did I refer to vaccination. Your one-eye viewpoint obviously results in reading only with your glass eye.

This thread/debate is about Ivermectin and the seizure thereof. My argument is that the government is beholden to the vaccine hence its disposal of the Ivermectin option

WHO studies look very promising but course some caution is necessary:
