Hey Garry,

Needless to say i will not consider renewing my membership. It is a pity because i believe that with a bit of tweaking the website could be quite useful. The vision is there but the execution is flawed.

Just to give some info on Mikes great weekends . I paid for
one ages ago just to get each event's date extended .
When i asked for my money back the arrogent bas___d told me i have to wait for the next date to be . That would have been in November and also did not happen in November .
Whats Mikes problem ! Seems like he's got an answer for everyone !

Unlike you, I at least have the courtesy and decency to address you directly via email. Without the need to conjure up support from others by posting communications regarded as private on a public website. You obviously don?t posses these abilities.

I was merely posting the messages for other punters, who may have been interested in becoming members of your wesite, as an example of the type of customer service they can expect.

The only reason you are upset that i posted the 'private communications' is because you come out looking like a moron. I would also have posted the email had you dealt with the situation positively, and you would probably have had several more members now.

Strange how, other than your numerous requests for the venue URL, not once have you raised any of these ?issues? regarding our website directly with us ? yes not once!

If you can't take the time to anwer a simple email requesting the venue URL, you would not have taken any complaint seriously. (my opinion)

You also had an opportunity after i had published my review to adress my concerns on the forum. Again, if you had dealt with this in a positive manner, people would have thought 'Oh, this SLB idiot has a grudge against Mike, and that's why he's slating his site!'
