the right SP, the one who you're meant to see... will undoubtedly have several means of getting in touch.
those who don't use WhatsApp, should simply learn to leverage it's functionality. when used properly, it can actually deter time wasters and engage with actual clientele

Also make sure you saved the numbers with the S.A country code i.e +27. By default, WhatsApp will give numbers without country codes your home country code.
e.g if you save the number 0822222222 and your WhatsApp was set with a U.K number, then WhatsApp sees the number as +44822222222 so you have to explicitly save it as +27822222222.
