Guess I should tip everyone earning their wage or salary to do their chosen service or trade.

By the way on Japan tipping in restaurants is not allowed...that's cause the law ensures everyone working in restaurants gets paid fairly

Now in this industry of ours...you ladies choose your own rates. Some of you won't even negotiate...and yet expect a tip?

I don't expect a tip but the gesture is always appreciated.

Same goes with gifts you are not forced but it sure is welcome!

I have no problem in "tipping" and normally do for exceptional services, but if asked, its a complete no.

Apart from getting paid a decent wage,the Japanese are an extremely proud nation, and "excellent service" is part of their culture. Unfortunately thats not the case in a 3rd world country like ours, where "entitlement" has become the norm.

The best course of action will be to ask the lady you intend to visit perhaps? Should give you an idea on what to get non?
