There are ESA ratings, reviews and monthly Top 10's for this very reason. Use them. They are the platform's equivalent to the practical skills qualifications you are asking about; and they're based on up-to-date user satisfaction data, which means they're actually more relevant than a qualification that one only works towards and is adjudicated on once.

Have to say to those that say experience counts as the be all and end all, have to disagree.
What if you've been doing it wrong for 10 years.

In my opinion judging by the plenty dumb requests & questions asked on the forum, we should rather open a Punter College where punters can get training.
