The guy has to be honest and devoted and the girl has to leave her past behind, forget about it and move on.
The real motive will be to be stable and dedicated and to build a life together.
If either one keeps on dwelling on the past and ranting about that I earned 20k per week then and you only bring on 10k OR the sex was better when you were a WG and now you are boring. Leaving the past behind and not to involve too many relatives and friends in the first few years will be of help.
Rest will depend on your chemistry and the will to adjust with each other.

Years ago one of my Pastor was preaching and said some of you guys and ladies are praying for a man or woman in the church,But not knowing your man or woman he is at the bar broken waiting for you hahahaha.
All I am trying to say is that we shouldn't be hard on ourselves,love can be found anywhere.

RB... You always have something to say. Cool though, no negative vibes here :-) I took your advice and had a rethink about my post. Let me keep my advice to myself. Yep, I'm hurt. In fact I am in therapy (early days) to figure out how not to make such poor decisions in the first place.
