There is a way to express your points without the nastiness and cyber-bullying. Let me illustrate by rewriting your review:

"I was really looking forward to my visit with Mia after seeing all the points that she has garnered. But my experience was entirely different to what I expected. First, I was very uncomfortable to see so many dodgy looking people loitering around as I arrived at the gate. My first thought was, Nigerians? Anyway, it certainly made it an uncomfortable start.

Then, I met Mia. For me, a BBW is someone who carries their weight proudly, oozing health and sexuality. Mia, for me at least, seems to have lost quite a bit of weight (big ups for that!), but her skin has not yet caught up with her weight loss, and there are slack folds of skin that put me off. I had trouble performing, and felt frustrated that my image of a BBW was not what I got. Not her fault, but not what I was looking for. I might also mention that she looks (to me, at least) older than her stated age, although that is conjecture on my part.
