Exhausted by the 8th rep on the 4th set of deadlifts I decided to stop there and phone my favourite massage lady to ease my sore glutes later

Effectiveness of communication is when you get a positive response after your presentation and the deal is sealed, and sometimes its just sending gifts and night time companion to the decision makers
