I have seen her pics on ESA, that 1st shoot in red had me intrigued, however recent changes in my work has made getting to that side of town a bit difficult to do so and as often as I would like to.

I managed to find some time last week and booked Ava-Kate.

General info:
Booking was done via WA with Venue. (Some advice, rather call and ask to speak to the girl about the finer details, upfront, lesson learned on my side.)
Venue is TOP CLASS.
Safe Parking.
Payment done upfront at reception. Your selected girl meets you at reception to take you to the room.

Ava-Kate:
Met me at reception and I was blown away at how beautiful she was, dressed in a sexy black dress, and heels showing off her sexy curvy legs, blonde hair gripped neatly, little to no heavy makeup apart from eyeliner which was done in a very sexy yet tasteful way, Wow!

Session:
After a quick shower, I arrived to the room to find her standing naked, waiting for me.
I was in awe of how beautiful and sexy she was.
I mean just look at her current ESA pictures to fully understand what I saw standing before me.
We started off with a massage which has been mentioned by previous reviews and all I can say is, Wow!
She used her beautiful long nails, lips, body and her breathing in such a sensual teasing way.

I have to also agree with comments in other reviews about her eyes, OMW, you have to experience it for yourself.

Main event:
I had a really good first experience with Ava-Kate.
She was open to trying various things, with no hang ups or bad attitude, she just went with the flow after the "Ice was broken" ;-)

First time at this venue. Wow. Organised, professional, on time, top notch. Was even offered something to drink.

The lady was great, stunning body, great manner, really made me believe I was doing a good job :-) Slightly on the quiet side when it came to conversation, but overall really a great experience. She says she is 24, I thought she may be younger.

Very keen to try the other ladies at this venue if they are a similar standard.

Just visited Ava-Kate, and wow, what a little tiger! Banter and chemistry was great, she's very easy to get along with. Pretty girl, banging body, quite young (yum), with just enough eye makeup to make your toes curl when she looks up at you.

Massage was fine, but to be fair, I don't think either of us were expecting a long, intense massage :) I opted for the full package and and that is most certainly what I got! This girl has a proper naughty streak, and she's not afraid to flaunt it! She's very responsive and I'm pretty sure she enjoyed herself, a few times. Either that or she's a fantastic actress, which makes no difference to me :)

I gave it my all, but sadly couldn't cross the line before our time ran out, not her fault at all, happens sometimes, probably my meds. I'll just have to go back again to make it rain :)

Love the venue, my absolute top spot. Reception is always very responsive and accommodating, their facilities are great, and the ladies are always the cream of the crop. I never leave disappointed. Will definitely be returning.

Venue:
The venue is neat and reception is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Privacy is not top notch, as cars can be seen from the street.

Telephone Manner:
Made the booking via Whatsapp. Communication was always friendly and very accommodating as I was shuffling my appointments. Thank you for that!

The Visit:
Just when I thought it is time for a break from punting as it have become mediocre lately, then this happened….

After some calendar juggling I was able to secure a time with Ava-Kate. She met me in a short tight dress, heels and a friendly smile. While led up the stairs it was a gorgeous sight.

Had a quick shower, and as I entered the room this angel was standing there dressed in lingerie, slightly bent over getting things ready for us. The light falling on her beautiful body made for a memory I will always keep - like a sunset I had to pause and take it all in.

We started with a quick massage to break the ice and headed over to the bed.

I’m not going to share all the details, but it was what a gfe should be. I deeply appreciated and enjoyed it!

Unfortunately, I was unable to shower afterwards as a pipe had burst in the neighbourhood and there was no water pressure. This can’t be faulted to the venue, or Ava-Kate. She did make a plan to try and resolve the issue under the circumstances, which was appreciated.
