Please note that you can only review if you in fact had a physical booking with the advertiser.

If you want to say she didn't answer the phone, she had a bad telephone manner when you spoke to her, she didn't answer her phone when you got to her premises or she wasn't what you expected when you got there and then she wanted a cancellation fee then you leave a COMMENT NOT A REVIEW.

The review system is being abused by punters who did not have a physical booking with the advertiser.

If you review when you should have left a comment you will be banned immediately with no warning.

This is not new news, when you leave a review under the box it states what the rules are when leaving a review.

You can not rate the advertiser fairly if you did not have a booking with her.

Well one does not need to review bad manners just place comment under the profile and or the review forum.

Hmmm...no system is perfect. Especially one involving people - too many variables

Perhaps there should be a demerit rating as well. A thumbs down or X for a cancelled booking. The demerit can last for 3 or 6 months and then is removed. So, habitual offenders will be easily identifiable.

More weight than a comment. And additional to the review system.
