Canceling a booking

It happens to me a couple times. I made a booking and wg did not even look like her profile pics... i do not even mention a hygine, dirt or/ and smell here . I cancelled my booking on arrival. This always created an explosion of anger, etc. Any advise or comment on this topic? Any wg contribution to the conversation

Fduck just join as a GM then you can have a look at all her pics.
You don't waist her time or yours.
Remember the lady that's been booked, pay for her room so see needs to pay the money the house lost!

If she doesn't look like her pics and her advert is misleading you have the right to cancel in a polite manner.

Maybe you just a window shopper now u making it seem as if the wgs are the problem coz for 1 esa dont allow pics older then 2 months so all our pics are current
