photo shop (again)

yes i know this subject has been brought up a number of times,but its still a very big issue on esa. its such a disappointment when you get to A WGs place only to find its the total opposite to what you were expecting.
Is it possible for ESA to ban the use of photo shop all together (since they quick to ban anyone who slips up).
I for one would like to see the scars on a WG body so that i know to stay away before i waste my petrol,time and R100 cancellation fee.
