I used to love keeping regulars, it was a win-win situatuon all around. Amazing sessions, amazing chemistry. But over the last couple years I found two of my regulars were charging me way more for exactly the same services they were charging everyone else.
And I used to also tip the ladies over and above, every single time.
Needless to say I did feel taken advantage of, so just ghosted them both. They both contacted me asking where I was, but I didn't respond... Just let it go.

I've come across ladies at venues with set services and pricing charging different prices. Just loses them a booking.

I'm not talking about those venues where girls determine their pricing based on how hot or popular they think they are. I'm talking about venues with a standard price that I can just go to and book the lady at that price.

So why not do that? Well, only reason is by communicating with the lady directly, I can make the booking with her for a time and know when I get there, she is ready for me vs rocking up at the venue and then finding out she is in another booking or maybe took the day off or hasn't showered and dressed up yet. Basically, the leg work is done. I've already done my research, know the rates and services and decided to book the lady. I just communicate directly to make a booking and asking for the rate card is just formality so there's no surprise or miscommunication when you arrive. When a lady gives a higher rate from that initial few sentences because she somehow feels you're more desperate for her or maybe she already made her quota so she's pushing her luck, she's pretty much just throwing away her definite booking at the rate she's pretty much always happy to accept because she tried to be greedy.

And then I've also come across some thatndo the opposite and charge a lower rate which has the opposite effect. You've decided. You want to confirm and book. To your pleasant surprise, she says she's charge you Rxxx which is less than expected. Now you might think we'll, she's losing money from a sure thing right. But what happens next? You go for the booking, you leave happier than normal if she just delivers what you expected because now you feel like you've got a great deal. Which then leads to rage reviews and recommendations. But more so, everytime thereafter, you don't even look at the other girls at the venue and you keep booking the same one over and over because you know you're getting great value and service.
