And there's many WGs while you are still politely laying the foundation to make sure that your expectations and theirs are clear, they cut the call thinking you are wasting their time. Credit to you.

I treat SPs same way I would prefer if the tables were turned.
Unfortunately life can happen and you look like a time waster.

Examples:
You book, set up and an unscheduled meeting comes up so you cancel. You reschedule and your child/spouse falls sick. You reschedule and your car develops some random problem.

To avoid ending up looking like a time waster and complete a booking, I only book if I am almost on my way to her. So only call with a 1-2hr lead time notice to check availability.
