I think you're getting the idea mixed up. It would be fully furnished, rented out to selective ladies on a short term basis, at a cheaper rate than the hotels. Private, secure and punter friendly.
And it's still just an idea, folks.
Actually put it on Airbnb and then that Safe guards you when it comes to noise etc ..... Then you can let out to the ladies
