Most of the airlines have rules about this, but those are actually pretty flexible in countries where this type of work is legal (I don't mean air-hostessing) as long as it never goes near the airline.
In the UK, Europe and Australia you will see ads like this often.
Easiest air hostess punts though are on the domestic flights in mainland China, they are pretty accustomed to getting punted up by the business class pax.

I wouldn't mind doing some of the crew on Ethiopian Airlines. Some of the ladies are just drop dead gorgeous.
