I realise that this obviously comes with a level of decreased pleasure for both parties but I am curious whether this is something that the people of the purple pages are doing? I have had clients suggest this, and actually use them, thats how I learnt about dental dams. There was no reason for me to find it offensive or insulting. Whatever they are comfortable with suited me. As long as it is communicated begore hand and agreed on. Its a different scenario when its introduced ar meeting. The pleasure part is however the downside, but the same can be said for all safe methods, and we all got used to that.
