Blocking off the platform to them would result in a huge loss of business for both the ladies and ESA. Some members you classify as free may just have expired gold memberships and never bothered renewing it until they need it. Some join as free members and then later decide to enable gold membership after participating in the forum. From a business perspective it makes sense to offer free membership to all and a premium memberships with benefits for paying customers.
ESA have been doing this for over 20 years and are the premier site for escort services in SA. I think they know what they are doing.
