Will you consider opening a Credit card payment gateway on your website.
It will be helpful to pay by credit card, as it leaves lesser trail with no entry on the bank account statement and also for those who do not deal in Bitcoin.

There was always a credit card option on ESA the problem isn't that ESA doesn't want to it's that the major credit card suppliers (Visa and MasterCard) put restrictions in place for adult entertainment websites that effectively barred any of these sites from being able to offer card payment options.

The dont seem to have problem with money coming from the big porn sites. Wondering if it is the credit card companies or the payment gateways, or specifically the SA ones.

There must be another reason because both the Red and Blue sites take card payments without problems.

If an adult buisness is allowed to be registered as such and a bank account is allowed to be opened, then credit card is just a mode of payment. If money can be deposited by an online bank transfer, then credit card should not be a problem also. It could be other reasons.
