I say this with the utmost respect: I did not go apeshit; she did.

Also, I do not take kindly to being threatened or told that my 'habits' will be exposed to my wife---and I am sure many a punter would also not appreciate that. I would also not threaten to expose a lady within this industry to her family and friends, as there are many that would prefer to remain anonymous.And much respect to the decision.

I have X amount of money available monthly that I choose to spend in industries such as yours, supporting many a working lady and probably her family too. So a little respect goes a far way. And in all honesty, I was polite, considerate, shit happens and at least I had the decency to notify her as opposed to just not pitching.

Threatening to expose a client is a massive red flag. Unacceptable on her part. She could have blocked you rather.

That being said, she was clearly very angry, and at this time of year, she needed the money, possibly paid for a room, spent time getting ready, makeup etc. Depending on circumstances may have had to pay a domestic or baby sitter to look after a child while also paying for Uber to get to the venue. You not pitching on 30min notice may have cost her money she needed.

Offering to take her for dinner sounds like a simp trying to lead a girl on. You paying for sex. If you want dinner dates, use tinder.

She has now been marked as a working girl who may threaten to expose a client. This will affect her income, so you got what you wanted. I hope for karmas sake you are as innocent as you claim, as you taking the food from her household table.
