I have a friend of mine who wants to get into massaging.
She is from the south of Johannesburg.
What's the best way for her to start? She is qualified in the field.

Does she want to do massage only. Or massage the esa way. She can contact health spas for normal massage or she can contact esa and place an add if she wants to go all the way

Or find one of the venues, get trained, build up a reputation, realize the venue is taking the lion's share of the money and has more girls than clients and the new girls get promoted while the established girls get fewer and fewer bookings.
At that stage your options are: start offering extras to make a bit more money and get repeat visits, start drinking or using substances to cope with the boredom of sitting at a venue without a booking or to cope with the extras that you now offer which you promised yourself you would not do - OR (hopefully) you branch out on your own or find a more suitable venue and become a legendary provider of amazing services
