Short term rentals

Not a punting question (apologies in advance)
Can anyone in Joburg recommend short term furnished rentals week to week or month to month that isnt too expensive. I cant do hotel fees (1k per night plus). But I Really dont want to be staying in a Roach Motel. Trying to keep my per night fee to R300 and less (if thats even possible)
PM me as I think it might violate free loading rules
I'd like to be central if possible e.g anything by corlette drive, M1 etc
