So, looks like a certain venue owner in JHB threatened to cancel his subscription if comments regarding service at his establishment was not removed. What a wonderful business model!!!!! Instead of listening to criticism and trying to improve service, why don't we just have the comments censured. Smacks of the old National Party (not trying to start a political discussion here).
I am astounded how a person can not understand that the cornerstone of a business is return custom.

That venue should be published...that is the interest of the punters here...failing to do that is actually contrary to what punters expect here...

Incog, I fully agree. I have received a message from ESA support that the place in question's owner has requested that his venue not be mentioned in the forum. No problem, but they will not see me again.
