@jondoe69za you expecting Maverick to include performing sexual duties on her employment contract and duty list?

If it was so easy for males bosses to employ escorts than why have so few escorts made the career switch and entered the corporate market.?

Yes and has been suggested by another poster as well. It will need to be discussed upfront

I'd say if you can maintain the "strictly business", it could be most beneficial for both parties. Where do we send our CV to?

Could this post be from the HR department of one of the Gupta owned companies?

I used to be a paralegal.. would enjoy being behind a desk again :) however I think you could be putting yourself into a tricky situation. I'd think a wg with good ethic who wants to leave the industry would be a good fit for you

So guys, the question was or is mainly rhetorical as we all know the dangers of where that could go. It could become a career ending event. I was curious though about it because I have thought about it but I am way too rational to progress beyond that.

Do you intend on paying her by the hour or monthly? Despite what @Kuku and others say (which I agree with totally), your PA would be the most expensive PA in Africa.

Assuming you pay her R1k per hour, considering that is probably what she will want or more, you would end up paying around R160k per month.

If you're prepared to go through all of problems cited and pay her what's due, then I say go for it - cause clearly you know something that the rest of us don't.

A few years back owned a company in the short term insurance industry.
We employed "boobs and legs" to deliver and collect documents from underwriters and clients.
From 9 to 5 all business and market related salary paid.
Part of their job description was to be available for after hours entertaimment at "overtime" rates stipulated in their contracts.

It was a wonderful few years.

Out of all my years experience in the business, it is like playing with fire if you go for both at the same time. As many stated, it can go horribly wrong even if handled correctly. Doing a contract to stipulate your desires for both as PA and WG, would be considered a violation to the employment rights of her. Even doing two separate contracts will give you headaches later.

Even if the WG agrees to the terms and signs the contracts, it will be a major issue when you do face her one day in court. Regardless of the agreement, you will be the guilty party in the end. The courts will see that as an exploitation of her as an individual and a worker.

In my opinion I would rather suggest to have a normal PA that can do her job to the best for the company interest. Rather offer a WG a fixed monthly rate, if they will consider it, to have you enjoy the other side. You might not have her exclusively, but you can still enjoy preference to her services.
