Having read all the comments,and finding both sides interesting; but what I would like to know , does ESA in anyway verify that what was posted in the private forum is actually correct and did take place.Maybe ESA/Eddie or Erin can answer this for us.If it is not verified then any girl with a grudge against any client can post a bogus story and ruin a persons good name with a false claim and that client will never know or be able to defend themselves?Just my 2c

If it's a well known punter, as with the luvstud debacle, esa does look into it. Most ladies actually called into esa privately and not on the private forum as I understand it. Names given to us as well as the numbers used are posted. Many guys use various numbers and if a guy is a repeat offender of something, we tend to take it more seriously. Random once off transgressions aren't taken seriously as I mentioned before. I also mentioned before that girls with axes to grind against reputable punters do not get away with it. We don't sit and debase clients needlessly. This is serious for us, not a game. Girls are mostly careful about what they post unless they are unhinged and have an ax to grind in which case they are quickly rooted out. So your concerns are not really relevant. I raised the same questions around a year or two ago on that forum and I must say Iv'e been pleasantly surprised at how the ladies conduct themselves. It all boils don to the individual as I said before. Give us some credit. We are not as petty as we seem to be at times.

It would seems that girls have the unfettered right on their private forum to accuse punters and list their numbers for a number of transgressions, deemed appropriate by users of the private forum. Sounds like they can act as prosecutor, judge, jury and executors, while the accused punter is not even aware of the accusation or allowed an opportunity to answer.

I agree that girls need the protection of a private forum from physical threats and abuse by punters. They need to be able to make an informed decision on the level of risk attached to servicing abusive punters.

Punters also need to minimise risk before entering into a booking. Venues where drugs are rife are subject to more police attention and sometimes managed by owners who have even held punters hostage. Many punters would never knowingly book girls in these venues. How about a warning list for puntersof at least listing all the girls that have already been banned?

With respect you couldn't be more wrong. A WG sending you unsolicited whatsapps or calls can absolutely ruin a punter's life, marriage, job etc. There's plenty of damage a WG can do, you are far from the only whose lives and lifestyles are at risk.

And of course you are not on an equal footing - you are a service PROVIDER, we are CONSUMERS. In the real world, we can bitch about how shit Ford vehicles are but they can't publicly bitch about what bad drivers we are. That is one of the things you have to take into account when you make the choice to become a service provider (assuming you are not forced into it, which is a whole different thing).

The chance of us being attacked, threatened or/and raped while providing those services are much higher then the occurance of anything like that happening to a punter on a consistent basis Oraljim. It would shock you to know how many times it happens in a month to most service providers and we get so used to it that it becomes acceptable to us, like part of the job. So don't tell me you're at equal risk. We are people, not cars. Does ford get threatened, raped and attacked by their customers? I think not!!!
