I literally have all notifications off on every app on my punting phone and still have it on DND. I don't even have my punting SIM in it, just use the WhatsApp.
There should never be calls on my punting phone, let alone unknown numbers. Only time I see a call or missed call is when I'm actually in an app looking at it. When I see a missed call, I just block it in case whoever tries again at another time.
It doesn't have to be a big deal.

There was a guy who apparently offed himself. He was paying because he was scared of losing his wife. These guys took 100s of 1000s off him. Once you give, they never stop.
The lady who gave that number initially probably doesn't care.
