Getting into a long term relationship - a lot more challenging, especially if the lady intends to keep working in this industry. Could be managed in an "open" or non-monogamous relationship with a lot of honesty
Getting into an exclusive / monogamous relationship or marriage. I think that will be very difficult unless the lady leaves the industry and the guy actually stops punting.

So, long story short.
It is my good friend that dating a MG.

He never punt and never on the purple site (yes, he is innocent like that).

He asked me for advise one day when he first started dating and saw massage beds in her place.

So I did something horrible and verified for him.
He was kind of lost that time
And he been telling me his GF (MG) have been very clingy and sometimes have emotional breakdowns.
Like she is keep tracking on him even when he goes to work.
My friend tried to leave her but she had another breakdown and threaten to hurt herself.
Also, he knows her she used to have clients that not doing massage only, and he was heart broken that time. I seriously don't know what voodoo magic this girl casted on my friend and he is still with her
