Looks are important to me and I've bought content purely to see what a lady's face looks like and delete it almost instantly. It is an expense, but has saved me a lot more money.

That being said, anyone who buys content for entertainment value is nuts. The quality is always poor to average. Only buy if you want to make a booking but are uncertain with regards to looks and want to get a closer look.
