The thing is if you don't, it's probably going to happen to many others because no one is saying anything about it. Even if she really had her period, it's still something to 100% tell a client before he comes for a booking, no debate about it. She knew she saw 3 clients and was tired when she accepted the book or if you booked in advance she could have notified you of what's happened and asked to reschedule. But she didn't.

She lured you there anyway. You were lucky that you accepted the friend but it could have gone so many other ways if you didn't. You could have been offered just BJ and still paid full price. You could have said you want to leave and then get charged a cancellation fee. It's not like something happened like a family emergency and she had to rush off. She knew she saw 3 clients and was tired. They also know when their period is due or can feel it if it's not predictable so either excuse, it was a plain down bait and switch scam.
