Well, let me just say straight off the bat... I had my soul sucked out during that blow. That has never happened before

But anyways, telephone manner was good. Parking is a bit of a tough one but I got a good spot. I was warmly welcomed to her place and even though she was a bit reserved, she's still really friendly.
