I have been thinking about how the advertisers on ESA secure venues where they work from? Are they generally your own private homes or do you rent a space from someone? And do you disclose what kind of work you'll be doing or do you just go with it and hope the landlord doesn't find out? Generally curious about this one!

the owners usually know , the neighbours usually too , many places belong to people who used to be in the industry themselves and now just rent the rooms out

If I book a place online I always ask first, may I have guests as I'm a remote worker for a medical company, and if the answer is yes,I'm usually ok to go ahead with the booking of the place. I prefer airbnb
Works beautifully for me

I prefer apartment buildings with minimum obstacles - takes trial and error but now I've got one where I'm usually able to get guests up to my room (provided they follow instructions) without having to sign .

Only time security sees me downstairs is when I'm dressed down, and because I'm low volume, it's not too suspicious having 1 or 2 clients per day pop by.

Thanks for providing some insight everyone!! I am generally curious as I've thought there might be an opportunity to create safe working environments for the ladies of ESA by providing the correct type of rental property. If anyone is interested in finding a venue the dm me and I could possibly help now that I have an idea of what you're looking for.

This is my personal opinion

I hate it when you arrive at a complex and the first thing they do is scan your license disk and then ask for your drivers licence

And then people complain why they get a corruption call an hour later

That's exactly one of the reasons I asked. I mean I work with a burner and make sure my security is perfect but you are completely exposed once it's your license and car disc that's scanned. It helps for the lady's security because there's an actual identity captured if anything goes wrong with the booking itslef but it does leave me feeling exposed. I'm trying to set up a property portfolio that provides a highly secure experience for both advertiser and punter. I've been trying to identify rental properties especially on the East Rand that would be discreet and safe for everyone.

Good morning Everyone

Kudu1989 the time I had La Femme I started in Garsfontein in a 3 bedroom house and yes the agents offices was at the back side of the house of course in own yard...Then I moved to New lands Menlyn to 6 bedroom house and yes the owner did know and he is a very popular singer and in that house I got my first police raid and if I said police.. I mean K9.. Flying squad... Metro..community security. (Mmm I remember the forum of Esa was rolling) then after that day the neighbors start to be a problem.. Then I moved to Centurion Swartkop to a 8 bedroom but for no reason you can register it as a Guest House and I had on that moment 24 girls.. NEIGHBORS were tough but tough luck to them.
Than I had a police raid 2x bigger than the first time.. That was the worst day in my life..
But keep in mind neighbors and landlords won't bother you if there is no complaints or fighting and loud noise.
Then I moved to Equestria 12 bedrooms.. OWNER OF PROPERTY was one amazing person

But yes then I stopped..
Advice asslong it not near a church or crche or school.
If parking is secure and private.. Community.. And area also make a big difference..

We know it's a risk and the consequences of it... So the game is in your hands grab it and make it successful and deal with thing when they pitch up.... Or just don't get in this kind of Game..
My respect and support to all the venue owners out there.

My story since 2015 till 2019

I had no idea you were the owner of that place. It was one of the top 3 venues in Pretoria (my number one to be totally honest). I had such fond memories of your venues.
