Topic derailed ,but so what. There are reasons why there are stereotypes, which gives any thinking human being all the more reason to bust those stereotypes. As for Nigerians, yes there are those that fit the stereotype and others that don't. A work associate was helped by a big Nigerian when she found herself in a fix some time ago.

I'm not defending any human scum, Nigerian or otherwise. It's easy to prejudice a certain group, especially when your only experience from that group has been negative, reinforcing stereotypes. Having said that there are good and bad elements in any nationality or grouping. Peace over and out.

Some Nigerians may have contributed to a negative stereotype for Nigerians developing in South Africa - the rest contributed to making the Nigerian economy the biggest in Africa!

Talk about derailing a WARNING thread. One started by the forum admin at that. Judging by the comments made, it seems like some individuals are out to test 'Big Brother'.

In a thread such as this one, one should rather be thankful that they received a warning to stay away from a particular area/WG/venue etcetera, not "who or why is (X) attracted to whom"? All that other nonsense is pointless.

The sad part is that punters never learn. Some idiot is going to read this and still try his luck. There's a very popular WG who moves around a lot(Fourways/Randburg/Randpark Ridge), but most punters who know she's a con artist still try and secure bookings with her and she gets them with her usual tricks each time.
