2) The issue isn't blocking per se - its that she steadfastly refused any chance that I gave her to fix this
3) I did PM her. Also ignored (ESA can verify this)
4) If her shitty behaviour has repercussions for her business its not me ruining her business by exposing it. It's her ruining her own business by treating customers like shit.
