You do know the data to support safer driving through headlights being on all the time has been around since the early 70's in the Nordic countries. With Sweden being the first to require with all cars since 1977.

@Jake, I didnt say I agree with his conspiracies. I just observed that that is what he meant with his post.
Any logical person including a toddler can understand why its safer to drive with your lights on.
