If i ran my business the way some WG run theirs I would be bankrupt.

They dont return PM, WhatsApp or answer phone calls.

Exactly, only a few respond. The unfortunate thing is that not all girls engage on the forum and they wouldn't know

This is a very sad topic that pops up ever so often. Really blows my mind how girls can work like this. Not only do I love the chit chat en getting to know the person on the other side, most of my business comes through a lot of communication! I know we all get busy, but it really only takes a couple of minutes to respond to a msg. So in-between clients, do admin lol unfortunately no matter what business you are in, admin always plays a big part. Can't be all fun and orgasms now can it? #naughtygrin

Those who don't respond are more than likely not following the forum.

Phone calls dont get answered when I am busy. I work independently and there is no one to hand the phone to to answer if it does ring while I am busy and even if I was not working independently and there was another lady around, I would not trust my phone and all the info on it to them.

I can't hire a secretary to answer calls while I am busy like most "other" business owners;) this is not a normal business and normal business practices don't always work in our line of work.

Whatsups/pm/text/emails I respond to when I can but generally won't send replies after 5 in afternoon if I missed them during the day..but might send a text tomorrow morning around 8 saying.."please let me know when it is convenient for me to send info".

Calls I won't return but might send a text saying "sorry I missed your call" if it was less than half hour ago that you called.

There is this one little thing that might make it a lot easier for us ladies to call and text you back... if you as a punter don't succeed in getting hold of me.. try leaving a detailed message as to when it is convenient for me to call/text/whatsup or whatever you back...you are more likely to be contacted back. Most of us would not call a punter back ever.

Some don't want to have "admin" headaches and therefore keep business strictly over calls.. some days I see the logic behind this thinking as keeping on top of all communications ain't a easy task;) Other days I can't imagine not having my other communication channels as a lot of my business comes from whatsup/email ect.

Most girls don't think of this as a real business .... And that's okay so maybe that's why but you learn as you go along

This is something that keeps popping up as @Galaxy said.
Personally i respond to either whatsap,sms or pm messages as soon as I can. Missed calls i would maybe send a message to say "Sorry i missed your call"...depending on how long ago the call was made.
It is a risk to the punter (and also the wg) if she message or calls back, but unfortunately we wont always be available to answer the phone or reply instantly on a message...so if there is no answer just call back in a while if possible...Most of us will answer when not busy...if they dont...well then move on to the next girl...ESA is full of gorgeous ladies...;)

85% guys who use pms for bookings dont book,today i actually woke up so early knowing i had to 2 early bookings that where made via pms.but both guys claimed that something came up,i always use pm to communicate with my regulars the ones that cant chat on whatsApp:))other than that pm bookings are useless though i always reply to every pm

I totally agree. I also reply but the vast majority are not serious. I can only remember 3 pms this year that actually booked. One booked twice, so 2 guys, 3 bookings. Even when guys post and say we must pm, only one ever replied and said he had already found someone. You don't even get a thanks but no thanks. But I answer anyway.
