When I go cut my hair at the barber, his trade certificate is on the wall. My electrician and plumber cannot practice without a trade certificate. So I wonder - some WGs charge the rate of a specialist medical practitioner, but how were they trained. Over the years I have come across many great WGs but I have also had my fait share of disappointments. Hard earned money down the tube, even been conned at times. So my question is, where do these ladies get their training from and what does it entail. How are they assessed to be competent. Admittedly there are many great people out there who have had on the job experience and whom I'll recommend without hesitation but I'd have more comfort if I could refer to some form or list of accredited service providers who has been subjected to a trade test including practical evaluation and who have made the grade. At the moment we, the punters are paying the schooling fees through bad experiences. Training is the key.

Who trained you to fuck? Can we get some sort of references towards your ability to do it correctly? There are plenty of jobs out there that do not expect some sort of qualification or club card, politician and sales people been two that seem to have a direct affect on our lives but have no certification and pay very well, actually been in IT I can assure you that top nerds are still paid 1 3rd of the top sales man in the company , cause no sales, no customers, no product , I hate this whole big government licensing and qualifications bullshit that prevails in the modern world , a lot of jobs could be learnt via apprenticeship and experience without some poor fucker having to spend 3 to 4 years getting indebted in university for a worthless piece of paper and not a drop of experience, hopefully the internet will free future generations from this costly mistake..

You also get tripped up by the examining body..that's my weakness, examining the body of everybody but my spouse

How many qualified and certified professionals "suck" at their job. Getting that piece of "paper" is not a garantee to delivering a hood quality service.

There is no substitute for experience. Unfortunately in any industry experience are not all that matters, but together with the right attitude, miricales can be achieved.

There are a very large number of miricale workers out there. Just listen to your gut feeling.
